AliDropship WOO Plugin License Agreement

This is an agreement between Licensor and Licensee, who is being 
licensed to use AliDropship WOO Plugin. The products available from
Sunshine Group LLC (United States of America) are governed by this 
license agreement. By installing the Plugin, or any update to it, 
you agree to the terms in this document.

This License permits Licensee to install AliDropship WOO Plugin on 
one single website/domain name. Licensee will not make copies of 
AliDropship WOO Plugin or allow copies of the Plugin to be made by others.

The Plugin is protected by the copyright laws of the European 
community and all other countries.

The Plugin and all associated elements such as copyrights, trade 
names, intellectual property, and information with respect to the 
software are owned by Sunshine Group LLC.

You may not separately publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, 
lease, rent, or sublicense the Plugin. Please help us avoid the 
need for Plugin protection by respecting the major investment of 
time and money that goes into developing quality software for you.

We will not track or collect any information about your use of the 
software or your data except as you specifically authorize. We will 
not intentionally deprive you of your ability to use any features 
of the software or access to your data.

We will never give or sell to any third party any personal information 
we collect without your consent, unless required to do so by law. 
We respect your privacy and will protect it to the same extent we 
protect our most valuable information.

Licensor has the right to terminate this License Agreement and 
Licensee's right to use this Plugin upon any material breach by Licensee.

Licensee agrees to return to Licensor or to destroy all copies of the 
Plugin upon termination of the License.

This License Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement between 
Licensor and Licensee regarding AliDropship WOO Plugin. This License Agreement 
replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements 
between Licensor and Licensee regarding this Plugin.

This License Agreement is governed by the law of California 
applicable to California contracts.

This License Agreement is valid without Licensor's signature. It 
becomes effective upon the earlier of Licensee's signature or 
Licensee's use of the Plugin.
